UK Next Day Delivery
If ordered by 12pm Monday to Thursday, Items will be shipped out the same day and aim to be with you the next working day. If ordering on Friday before 12pm, your items will be delivered on Saturday. Please see delivery chart below for expected Next day delivery times.

UK Standard Shipping
If selecting standard shipping, items will be shipped out and aim to be delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
International shipping: Countries outside the United Kingdom
If selecting international shipping, items will be shipped out and aim to be delivered within 1 to 3 weeks depending on Country selected. Customs charges may apply which would be at the expense of the customer. Please check customs charges of your country.
Terms and Conditions:
Our Mainland UK deliveries are carried out by the delivery company EVRI. Should you have an issue with your delivery, please contact EVRI directly supplying them with your tracking number. Unfortunately, our team can not help with tracking/ delivery enquires.
International deliveries are carried out via multiple delivery companies depending on your country of residence. You will receive and email from the delivery company once your item/items have been shipped. Should you have an issue with your delivery, please contact the delivery company directly supplying them with your tracking number. Unfortunately, our team can not help with tracking/ delivery enquires.
MISSING/DAMAGED PARCELS: Should your parcel not be delivered when expected or arrive damaged where the items can no longer be used. Please gather as much evidence as possible. Contact the delivery company first. Once you have a response, please contact our customer service team who will be on hand to help with your enquiry. Each case is dealt with individually, outcomes will depend on the investigation into the case.
Returns:
Mainland UK deliveries have a tracking number as returns can be purchased through our website. International returns are carried out by the customer. A tracking service must be used for a refund to be issued. If a tracking service is not obtained. There will be no refund issued.
Returns must be completed within the 30 day period once items have been delivered. Should your return go outside of this 30 day period, refunds will no longer be eligible.
Please be sure to allocate 5-7 days in the 30-day period for our team to do their part in the returns process.
Customs:
Customs charges must be paid for by the customer. For international delivers, please check your countries customs charges. Each country will charge differently. It is the customers responsibility to check and pay any customs if required.
