Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Tags and labels must remain attached.
Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are non-returnable.

  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  2. If eligible, we will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  • If you are responsible for return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, place a new order and return the original item.
  • We will issue a refund once we receive the returned item.
