 HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR MY SWIMWEAR?

All Jewelled Items Must Be Hand Washed In Cold Water With Light Soap/Detergent. All Jewelled Items Must Be Air Dried. This Will Insure You Get Longevity From Your Jewelled Items. Non Jewelled Swimwear Can Be machine Washed At Lowest Temperature And Air Dried. All Osea Cove Items Come With Wash & Care Instructions.

  

CAN I WEAR MY JEWELLED SWIMWEAR IN WATER PARKS AND SPA CONDITIONS?

It's Not Advised To Wear Jewelled Swimwear For Strenuous Water Conditions. Jewels Are Hand Crafted And Delicate. Strenuous Swimming Conditions Can Cause Jewels To Tarnishes Prematurely. 

 

DOES MY SWIMWEAR COME WITH A STORAGE BAG? 

YES. All Osea Cove Items Come With Water Proof Storage Bags Allowing You To Store Your Swimwear Safely While Not In Use, Or To Safely Pack Swimwear In Your Suitcase/Travel Bag. Protecting Your Swimwear At All Times. 

 

I HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If You Have Placed Your Order and Noticed There Is An Issue, Please Contact Our Team As Soon As You Can. Depending On The Issue, We May Be Able To Resolve It Before Your Item/Items Are Shipped Out. You Can Find Our Contact Details On Our  "Contact Page" In The Main Menu.  

 

I HAVE RECIVED A FAULTY ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Please Contact Our Customer Service Team Within 48 Hours Of Receiving Your Faulty Item. We Check All Our Items Very Carefully Before They are Shipped Out However, Although Rare It Can Be Possible For A Faulty Item To Bypass A Member Of Our Team. Please DO NOT Remove Any Labels. If Labels Are Removed, This May Hinder Your Return. All Contact Details Can Be Found On Our "Contact Page" In The Main Menu.

CAN I RECEIVE NEXT DAY DELIVERY IN THE UK? 

YES. At Checkout, Please select "Next Day Delivery". If Ordered By 12pm Monday To Friday, Your Item Can Be Expected The Next Day. Please Visit Our "Shipping And Delivery Page" In Our Main Menu For More Delivery Information. 

 

CAN I TRACK MY ITEMS ONCE I MAKE AN ORDER?  

YES. Once Your Order Is Placed, You Will Have The Opportunity To Track Your Order By Using The "Shop Pay" App. All Details And Instructions Will Be At The Checkout stage When Ordering. 

 

CAN I RECEIVE A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE WITH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, International Shipping Does Not Come With A Guaranteed Delivery Date. Parcels Have To Travel Overseas Where Shipping Timelines Can Differ Depending On Handling Times Of The Country Receiving The Parcel. Very Rarely Do We Cancel Orders However, If Your Order Has Been Canceled, It  May Be Due To Stock levels Not Updating On Our Website. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

We Aim To Get All Orders Out As Soon As Possible. For This Reason, Unfortunately  It's Not Possible To Cancel An Order Once Placed. Should You Wish To Return Your Order Once Received, Please Follow Our Returns Process Which You Can Find On Our " Refunds and Exchange" Page In Our Main Menu.
